my artistic journey
My earliest childhood memories include me drawing and painting, oftentimes alongside my grandmother. She worked with oils while I played with pencils, crayons and watercolors.
A love of art, color and design have always been part of my life and I'm thrilled to be able to share my passion for all things birds and botanicals.
My inspiration stems from the beauty found in nature, with an emphasis on birds and botanicals. I gravitate towards vibrant colors as I create stylized and whimsical paintings with a variety of mediums including acrylics, watercolors and gouache. I am proud to be part of the creative community at Artists on Santa Fe Gallery and Studios in Denver, Colorado.
